Princípio de trabalho da máquina de limpeza de frutas industriais:

Among them, the drum type washing machine is a relatively practical food preliminary processing machine, which has the advantages of simple structure, low energy consumption, reliable operation, low manufacturing cost and water saving. Suitable for cleaning citrus, oranges, apples and other hard materials. By the rotation of the circular drum, the fruit is continuously turned over in it, and at the same time, the A água de alta pressão é pulverizada com um tubo de água para lavar as matérias-primas viradas, de modo a alcançar o objetivo de limpar . Sewage and Sediment são descarregadas através do poço inferior pela rede do tambor .

It consists of a frame, a motor, a belt drive system, a reducer, a coupling, a sprocket drive system, a bearing, a spiral drum, a flushing water pipe, a baffle, and a discharge mechanism. The motor and the reducer are fixed on the frame. The motor is connected with the reducer through the belt drive system. The reducer is connected with the small sprocket through the coupling. The large sprocket drives the friction wheel on the drum to make the drum rotate. There is a spiral inside the drum. The guide plate, while rotating, drives the fruit to discharge. In order to meet the needs of large-capacity cleaning, the cleaning machine can add a spray cleaning function during the material processo de transmissão, para que o material possa ser pulverizado após a limpeza no banho de vapor para melhorar o efeito de limpeza do material .
